The best bbq spot in midland hands down don't be turned down by the look is freaking amazing food!! They put love in that food for sure!! Great people great food awesome is a most come back 100% brisket and ribs is a most!! Do a favor to yourself and go grab a plateq

I read all the reviews and wanted to find out what the hype was. The hype was real, best burger I've had in a long time, I would say even better than Bob's better burger. The only criticism I have is wait time. I called in 15 min early and it still wasn't ready but it was well worth the wait. The fries were amazing as well. I will definitely be back.

Hands down the best brisket and hamburger I have had here in Midland and I've tried most spots when it comes to BBQ here. Service is 5star brisket was lean but yet still moist alot of people can't do that right and my BBQ critics know what I mean. The cheeseburger was juicy and packed with flavor and potatoesalad had a good flavor all in all I took Mr 3 years of coming in and out of Midland for work to find this gem and Now that's its found I'm telling everybody YOU MISSIN OUT!!! Stop by today you won't be disappointed

Appearances can be deciving, don't be fooled. Look past the collapsing chain link fence and the broken patio furniture, past the gravel parking lot and the peeling paint. Behind these crumbling cinderblocks and iron barred windows lies the gateway to bliss. This IS what you have been looking for. I have lived across the country and traveled around the world. And this unassuming building, Tank's Bar-B-Q, is what I judge all other by. They are the nicest folks, and good Lord... The BBQ.... Words cannot begin to describe. Even something as simple as a humble hamburger becomes more. The only advise I can offer is to never eat here. If you do, you will be disappointed by every hamburger for the rest of your life. It is that simple.

This was some of the best barbecue I’ve had in years. Tank and his staff were very warm in the greeting and had great conversation. Would hardly recommend to anyone wanting great barbecue. Thank you.

My grandma ordered a brisket and potato salad for Christmas Eve and it was delicious! Thank you Tanks BBQ for catering our Christmas Eve meal. 100% recommend if you plan to eat a non traditional Christmas lunch or dinner!! You won’t be disappointed!

Brah! I ordered the 3 meat plate and damn son!!!, that was by far the best BBQ I have ever had. Tanks is killing it, and what is bad is that I live over an hour away or I would be eating there weekly. Definitely will be back when I travel to Midland TX. Don't judge the older exterior, the food is fire and will not disappoint. Would recommend building outside seating area, and touch up area to attract more customers.
